These terms apply to SMS text messages sent by Mike's Brakes & More, 2918 S Cooper St, Suite F4, Arlington, TX 76015. By opting in through one of the methods below, you agree to receive service-related messages as described here.
Program description
Messages are conversational and relate to a vehicle or service request. They may include a response to a missed call, scheduling coordination, answers to questions, estimate or repair updates, and photos of inspection findings. This is not a recurring promotional or bulk marketing program.
How consent is provided
Consent may be provided in the following ways:
- Website service request: The form includes an unchecked checkbox for text-message consent. Checking it provides consent to receive messages about that request at the submitted number.
- Customer-initiated text: Sending a text to the shop initiates a conversational exchange about the customer's request.
- Missed call response: A mobile caller may receive one automated text in direct response to a missed inbound call.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. If the website checkbox is left unchecked, the shop will use a phone call for follow-up.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the customer's request. A missed call may generate one automated response; any messages after that are conversational replies about the vehicle or service. No recurring scheduled promotions are sent.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply. Mike's Brakes & More does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After a STOP request, one confirmation may be sent and no further messages will be delivered unless the customer opts in again. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy
The privacy policy explains how information is handled. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
General terms
- Most major U.S. carriers support the program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Customers are responsible for providing a mobile number they control and for notifying the shop if that number changes.
- These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
